1. General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging. All manuals, accessories, and other items included in the original box must be returned.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (e.g., your order number, invoice, or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We regret that we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Digital Products: This includes, but is not limited to, digital game keys, software licenses, DLCs, in-game currency, or any other digital items that have been delivered or viewed. Once a digital code is revealed or a file is downloaded, the sale is considered final.
  • Gift Cards: Any gaming or store gift cards sold on our site are non-refundable.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" in the product title or description are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@hyperanonymgaming.in with your order number and a reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hyperanonymgaming.in.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@hyperanonymgaming.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number and a photo or video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • In such cases, Hyper Anonym Gaming will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
